Good partnerships often start with a recommendation. To reward that trust, we are launching a referral program: recommend NS Studio to a company you know. When the cooperation turns into a contract, both sides get 6 months of free technical support.
How does the program work?
- You recommend NS Studio to a company that needs a website, an online store or a mobile app.
- When the company contacts us, it mentions your name or your company’s name.
- Once the contract is signed, 6 months of free technical support are activated for both sides.
Who gets what?
- The referrer — 6 months of free technical support for an existing or future website or app built by NS Studio.
- The new client — 6 months of free technical support instead of the standard 3.
What does support include?
- Monitoring the website or app and fixing bugs.
- System and security updates.
- Up to 2 hours of small changes per month: text, image and banner updates.
- Advice on technical questions.
New features and pages, redesigns, hosting and domain fees are not included — these are agreed separately.
Terms
- The referred company must be a new NS Studio client.
- The program applies to website, online store and mobile app projects.
- The referrer can activate their support at any time within 12 months. Each new contract earns a separate 6 months.
- The gift cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to someone else or combined with other offers.
How to join
No sign-up is needed — just recommend us. The company you refer mentions your name when it contacts us via the contact page, and we take care of the rest.
