SMM
Duruş — SMM Concept for a Pilates Studio
About the project
Duruş is an internal NS Studio concept: not a client commission, but a showcase of how a Pilates studio could look on social media.
Pilates is about calm, control and good posture. So the feed is built not like loud advertising but like a magazine that lets you breathe: warm cream, sage green and a clay accent.
The concept was created within NS Studio’s SMM service: visual language, post templates, story formats and a monthly content plan in one system.
Line and Dot: A Calm Visual Language
Every illustration follows one rule: a dot and a line. The dot is the head, the line is the spine — standing tall, bridge, plank and side stretch are all drawn with the same simple gesture.
Three posts in the feed are joined by a single flowing line: “Nəfəs al. Uzan. Burax.” — “Breathe in. Stretch. Let go.” Visitors see one whole composition, while each post still reads on its own.
Soft-serif Fraunces is used for headlines and Plus Jakarta Sans for schedules and information. The visual system follows NS Studio’s UI/UX design and branding approach.
Feed, Carousels, Stories and a Content Plan
The feed runs on a rhythm of four pillars: movement, breath, community and announcements. Useful carousels (“3 ways to help your spine at the desk”) get saved and shared; stories carry polls, countdowns and a one-minute breathing exercise.
A monthly content plan shows the studio what to post and when — the feed fills up systematically, not by chance.
